Yes, Christmas is definitely in the air! This time of the year has always been my favorite – despite the horrible traffic, and the gastos left and right! 🙂 One thing about this season that I like is the hustle and bustle of Christmas shopping. Since I rarely shop for myself anymore, I actually have fun shopping for gifts – for family, friends, and inaanaks (yes, “our,” since my husband doesn’t like shopping for his hehe). Thankfully, we have bazaars and tiangges left and right here in the Philippines, especially during the weeks before Christmas.
One such bazaar is the “Santa’s Christmas Bazaar” at La Vista Clubhouse in QC, which has been running annually for ten years now. It started last December 4 (Thursday) til today, December 6 (Sunday). It is one of the biggest bazaars in Quezon City, with over 150 stalls and concessionaires participating every year. This year, me and my partners at Hybrid clothing decided to join.
The bazaar is being held at the La Vista Clubhouse and basketball court in Quezon City, near Katipunan. And the last day is today. I have been visiting and shopping since Friday, and here are some of my great finds:
There will be a Santa Party later at 3pm for the kids where they can have their pictures taken with a live Santa. And they also have arts and crafts section where they offer FREE WORKSHOPS on calligraphy, watercolor, brush lettering, leather crafting, paper flowers, string art and more! Follow @lavistaartscraftfair for more details.
La Vista Clubhouse is located at Bagobo St. La Vista Village, Pansol, Quezon City. They have a free shuttle to and from the village gate.
